ttl_overview The Working as a Team programme is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to function effectively in teams.

  • Identify potential obstacles to teamwork and ways to ensure team success
  • Follow specific road maps to achieve team goals
  • Identify ways to improve individual as well as team communication
  • Understand the process for conducting effective meetings
  • Manage brainstorming, consensus decision, negotiation and mediation processes
The programme focuses on how to work effectively in a team, and the use of process management tools to accomplish team objectives. Heavy emphasis is placed on experiential learning and skills practice.
